As a result of the election of committee members we had several resignations of senior posts. As I read the constitution the remaining committee members may appoint existing members to those absent posts for the period up to the next AGM. Those that stepped down agreed to rotate the duties of President, Chairman, Deputy chairman and Secretary. The net result is that the committee duties have proceeded reasonably effective. Bert Tuhi joined the committee at the last AGM and has been extremely helpful with his input and and catering skills. Monique Bray has agreed to come on board at the upcoming AGM and will definitely be an asset. Lets hope we get some nominees for various senior posts at the 2019 AGM.
